Participation of states citizens - members of the European Union in Companies

Citizens of member-states of the European Union participating in Cypriot companies enjoy the same rights as do Cypriot citizens. The citizens of member-states of the European Union do not require a special license neither any other prerequisites.  Their participation in a company may be up to 100% of the shares and there are no conditions regarding the minimum amount they must invest in the capital.
