Cyprus Stock Exchange

The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE www.cse.com.cy) commenced its operations since 1996. Towards the end of 2006 the CSE entered into strategic agreements with the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE), thus creating a joint forum for processing transactions. Today the CSE numbers around 160 listed companies. The official currency for transactions is the euro.
